Aeries Student Portal Access and Security Notice

The Aeries Student Portal is designed to provide students access to their personal academic information. Access to this information is protected and requires a student ID number, telephone number, and verification code.

By creating an account and/or logging into the portal, users agree to comply with District rules and regulations regarding the use of student information systems.

Use of this system and its services is strictly limited to authorized account holders only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their student’s information, including login credentials and verification codes. Under no circumstances should passwords or verification codes be shared with others, as doing so may allow unauthorized access to student records. The District is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user’s failure to protect this information.

To help protect your information, please follow these guidelines:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Do not write down your password or store it in easily accessible places (such as near your computer or on a visible note).
• Always close your browser when you are finished using the portal. If you continue using the internet, open a new browser window.
• Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess, such as names of family members or pets, birthdates, a, addresses, or Social Security numbers.
• Create strong passwords using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and/or special characters.
