• Anyone interested in running for an office for our RLS Parent Group or School Site Council, please contact Dani Brown @ Daniforsey@msn.com or Andrew Ryan @ Ajryan@sthelenaunified.org. Positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The School Council meets about 3 to 4 times per year, typically in the morning. If interested, contact Mr. Ryan directly.

• Well done RLS:  In just one week we recorded 1,571.2 hours of physical activity on our "Spring Into Fitness" document!  Keep up the great work and keep moving!  Don't forget to keep track and record your minutes tomorrow during Advisory.
  
  
  

• It's time for a Spirit Week:

Today: Gold Rush versus Mean Green (St Patrick's Day-Wear Green or Gold)

Wednesday:  Win Some Lose Some Wednesday(Pick Up your Beads from the Leadership Table in the Quad at the Beginning of School)

How to Play:  Play Ro Sham Bo against someone else with beads the winner gets the other person's beads.  Win as many beads as you can by the end of the day.

Thursday:  Two Peas In A Pot of Gold (Twin Day)

Friday:  Anything But a Backpack Friday

• We will have informational meeting regarding the 2026-2027 Washington D.C. meeting on Wednesday, March 25th from 6-7 p.m.  Anyone interested in registering should attend.  If you have already signed up, you do not need to attend this meeting.  However, if you are interested in your child fundraising and/or scholarships for the trip, Jen and I will be discussing all the various opportunities after the first part of the meeting, starting at 6:30 p.m.  Your students will also be bringing home reminder flyers for the next two weeks.  Please email wsasser@sthlenaunified.org with any questions.  Look forward to seeing you there!

• To all 8th grade DC families,
  There will be a mandatory pre-trip meeting for all students traveling to Washington, DC, this June.  It is Monday, May 18, 6-7pm in the library. It is imperative that all students attend with a parent or guardian. Please make sure there are not schedule conflicts for this date. Talk to coaches, dance and music teachers, confirmation leaders, etc., now to excuse your child from events on that day.
