Student Services
In partnership with local resources, St. Helena High School provides personal counseling services to students throughout the school day. The goal of these services is to promote wellness and support students in their unique development in a confidential setting. Our counselors are trained to address areas of concern such as anxiety, depression, social skills, and substance abuse. We are grateful to partner with Up Valley Family Center, Aldea, and Teens Connect to provide the following services:
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Gina Cortez, LMFT
On site all Thursday and Friday mornings
Rosa Olmos, LMFT
On site all Wednesday
UPVALLEY FAMILY CENTER
Mariana Martinez, Wednesdays
Contact Us
Students and parents may request support services by contacting the student's academic counselor:
Ms. Sandra Hernandez

Telephone: (707) 967-2725
Please note that effort is made to ensure that services do not negatively impact instructional time. Sessions are rotated throughout the day to prevent students from missing the same class repeatedly. Attendance and goals are monitored by clinicians and the support services coordinator.
